Chad began his career in sales and quickly realized working for Fortune 500 companies was not his passion. He was fortunate to be influenced, at an early age, by some incredibly talented custom home builders and knew this was what he was meant to do.
Chad built his first home in 2002 as a family project and instantly knew this was more than just a venture but, a new found passion to make every house a home. His keen eye for detail and the ability to see what would work in a home was second to none.
